Happy Monk Holidays helped by planning a fantastic vacation for us in a very short duration. Priyadarshini and Rishi were very accommodative of all our needs and helped in planning and taking care of all the bookings within 5 days.

Mesmerizing Meghalaya!!We had a wonderful holiday in Meghalaya which will remain long in my memory. Meghalaya is a breathtakingly beautiful place full of scenic beauty, highland and verdant valleys, peaceful rural scenes, and most of all friendly, welcoming, warm people. We stayed in some amazing hotels and had brilliant guides who made us feel like friends. Happy Monk Holidays is a tailor-made holiday company. We have had an amazing holiday organized by them. Their itineraries are a wonderful mix of the ‘must-see sites’ and unexpected experiences. Most importantly, for travelers, there is a high level of support available before and during the holiday. They are there to support and advise when you need it but treads softly in the background when you don’t.

And it’s a wrap for 2019 We had a short yet a wonderful and fulfilling vacation to India! Started off the vacation with a visit to the amazing Golden Triangle. The best part was to connect with an old friend from college Priyadarshini Singh Bhandari of Happy Monk Holidays! Priyadarshini and Rishi and their team planned our 7 day trip to Delhi/Agra/Jaipur to the T. It was the best decision ever. This was followed by a quality time spent with family.

They designed the itinerary as per our requirements and made many valuable suggestions along the way. The best part was their outstanding customer service. It most definitely is the land of happiness! The people of Bhutan specially, we have fallen in love with, along with the beauty of the country..

Special mention here to our guide Mr Sagar and our driver Mr Namgey.. the most amazing and helpful souls I have met.. they did not flinch when it came to assisting the group for anything during the entire trip..always smiling and helping us in every way possible

The highlight of our trip was when we met the King and the Queen of Bhutan at a monastery in Wangdue where the king had hosted a lunch for the entire village!

For a nation that values its Gross National Happiness above everything else, it is amazing to see the King trying to bring peace and prosperity by bringing the Bhutanese together and mingling with all the villiagers..More than a lesson in governance, it’s a lesson in humanity!

Last but not the least, I will not hesitate in recommending Happy Monk Holidays to anyone who is interested in a trip to Bhutan!!

How I wish I had an option to extend my holidays and ask you guys for more. Thank you HappyMonk for an amazingly detailed itinerary with the best possible options that we could actually go for during our 12 days holiday. Every minutest detail was well taken care of (I was actually surprised to see such a lengthy document initially and was unsure if I would really use it, but to my surprise it was like real time support to us on the road). While language became a challenge, the itinerary served as a perfect guide to choose from the local transport & directions- to the extent that we knew which bus/ tram/ train to take even at midnight.

Hotel locations were perfectly chosen to make it convenient for us to travel anywhere and visit all attractions comfortably.

Thanks for guiding us through the vegetarian meal options, places to visit and things to do.

I loved the key note section everywhere and special tips mentioned for him 😉

While our special interests were very well considered, we loved the thermal spa in Budapest very much. It was truly amazing.

And how can i miss the surprise element ! The sparkling wine made it even more special;)

Thank you for your consistent support throughout! We actually never hesitated to bug you with our queries at any time of the day. From the moment we left mumbai to the time we reached back home, you guys have been with us completely. From “what to pack”, mobile connectivity, hotels, transit, places to visit and things to do, where to eat (n drink;), shopping – i dont remember if anything was missed out.

This was a very special trip to both of us. Thank you once again for giving us a perfect memory for lifetime.

At the outset, Thank you Happy Monk Holidays for arranging such a mesmerising and best ever holidays for us. Indeed , we were little sceptical looking at 34 page itinerary when we booked with you but as we went along , we realised to what perfection Happy Monk Holidays take their job…every minutest of the detail was mentioned and that made every minute spent worth in our 16 days long ( We never realised when it came to end.. you planned it so power packed) tour covering Milan, Venice, Capri, Florence, Rome, Annecy and Paris….aahhh … did I miss anything … Yes I did… how can we forget small “MUST TO DO “ list which you perfectly included in our itinerary right from “Panzerotto, at Luni, Bepi’s House, Leaning Bell Tower, Caffe Florian Venezia ( Oldest café in Venice) , Leaning Tower of Pisa, Gelato at Amorino ( Rose one I really loved) , Leather bag shopping, amazing stay at Capri with myself trying my hands on cooking.. though my wife ate out only 🙂 . Blue Grotto timing was perfect, not only it gave best view, it saved wait time basis your suggestions. I cant even write about our experience in Rome, at day 3 end we felt like romans do… 40 Km of walk covering each and every Piazzas made us feel local . We really loved street performances and even captured few of them and relish them now. Annecy was beautiful and appreciate your recommendation to include the same in itinerary. Paris again was great fun especially Pierre Herme for Macarons and falafel at the most famous place. We cannot forget view of Eiffel Tower from secret platform you suggested.
